With the draft IT policy of Govt. of Bihar in place we are hopeful in the due course of time many software development companies are going to be started in Bihar and Bihar will be the major software exporter state from India. The immediate effect of that will be the need for lots of trained manpower for the IT industry in Bihar. So the need of the hour is that we come up with manpower development institutions in Bihar so that we can supply the required professionals for the IT industry in Bihar.
I am planning to start an institute that will train the aspiring computer programmers in the state. Availability of trained programmers in Bihar will create an atmosphere were in IT industry will thrive. I am sure the talented young professionals from Bihar with the right kind of training in good computer programming and software engineering will be an asset for Bihar and will create an atmosphere for technology revolution in the state that will create lots of jobs. As a result of this the people of Bihar and the IT industry both will prosper.

I intend to create talent pool in (1) C/C++, (2) Java J2EE, (3) C# .Net and (4) PHP Apache MySql on Linux (LAMP). All the above four areas will be treated separately and experts will be created for all the above four different categories. To start with I intend to train budding programmers in C and C++ and then from there on programmers will be trained to become specialists in one of the above four categories of professional computer programming and software development.
